Certification Details BLS ACLS PALS Job Details SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS : Night shift 1900-0730 every other weekend – potential Holiday rotation as well Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Wellspan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. Manager will interview MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 2 years EPIC exp required RTO : MAX 7 days WEEKENDS : every other weekend CALL REQUIREMENTS : n / a HOLIDAYS : potential holiday rotation FLOATING : will float as needed to other areas UNIT INFO : The ED is a fast paced environment where nursing staff care for patients of all ages with emergency medical complaints. The high volume GSH ED sees about 45,000 patients each year. Our highly trained staff are supported by a Director, Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, Clinical Coordinators, Clinical Educator, and On-Boarding Specialists. The ED specific orientation is comprehensive to include care for high risk patients, life threatening conditions and illnesses, as well as care of patients with psychiatric disorders, and lower acuity patients. Certifications covered in orientation are BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
