- rovide patient care to skilled nursing, independent living, and personal care patients for WellSpan Internal Medicine-Ephrata practice J
- oin team of four Advanced Practice Providers that manages patient care for 12 nursing facilities across Lancaster County accounting for about 1,000 patients O
