Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the delivery of anesthesia services, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with policies and procedures
- Develops and implements strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Identifies and addresses areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance patient care and safety
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in nurse anesthesia, with a focus on leadership and management
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Certification in BLS and ACLS, with experience in code blue response
