About the Position
We are seeking highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our team at WellSpan York Hospital. As a CRNA, you will work collaboratively with anesthesiologists to provide exceptional patient care. This is a full-time position with a variety of shifts available, including 10, 13, 16, and 24 hours.
Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary commensurate with experience, starting at $220K for new graduates. In addition, you will be eligible for signing incentives up to $80K, PTO bridging based on years of experience, 5 days of CME time off for full-time CRNAs, plus a $3,500 CME allowance. Health, dental, vision coverage, and short-term and long-term disability insurance are also provided.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's Degree, at least one year of relevant experience, a Licensed Registered Nurse or Multi State License Upon Hire, and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Upon Hire.
