General Summary
Dedicated to providing high-quality support to the center/business unit through administrative, programmatic, and direct patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Provides general administrative support, directs calls, coordinates appointments, prepares intake forms, updates patient demographics for the applicable business unit.
- Accepts, monitors, and prepares all patient donations (non-philanthropic).
- Orders and maintains supplies to include retail inventory, patient education, and office supplies.
- Processes invoices, assigns budget codes, prepares monthly expense reports.
- Liaise between patients, families, providers, and leadership
- Programmatic support: Prepares for accreditation committees by facilitating meetings, sub-committees, PowerPoint preparation, and minute taking.
- Assists patients in the retail space with wig fittings and other DME support.
- Prepares and coordinates cancer center events to include vendors, catering, etc.
- Assists with tasks associated with Cancer Center Patient Help funds (ordering gas and grocery cards, processing PO’s, maintain confidential files).

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training. Required
- Associates Degree Preferred
Work Experience:
- 2 years Administrative and/or Clerical experience. Required
- Experience in a medical setting. Preferred

- Microsoft Office
