Qualification Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months cash handling and customer service experience
- Prior Teller experience is preferred but not necessary
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
Essential Job Functions: (this is not a comprehensive listing of all duties)
- Greets all members in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
- Processes deposits, withdraws, check cashing, loan payments, cash advancements, night deposits, and mail transactions
- Sells cashier checks, money orders, and miscellaneous items.
- Balance daily transactions and verifies cash totals.
- Base selling of credit union’s products and services
- Maintains member, and employee privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Follows Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday; shifts could vary between 8:00 am -6:00pm . Rotating Saturdays are required, and the hours are approximately 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
