Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Wellspring LLC/The Jenkins Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and clinical skills to support both clients and staff in achieving meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.
• Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and modifications to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in treatment.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions to promote skill generalization at home and in the community.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Ensure services align with best practices and comply with BACB, HIPAA, and insurance guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities.
• Stay current with industry research and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
