As a Community Liaison, you will:
- Maintain regular communication with supervisor concerning goals, program development, service areas
- Participate with management to develop and produce necessary educational materials for distribution to interested parties
- Maintain an awareness of current trends by participating in educational seminars and trainings
- Meet with community groups, various health care professionals and other interested parties to provide informational programs and education on the services available to clients
- Provide feedback to Sales Manager in response to services from reports received from the community or individual clients or physicians
- Maintain records of community relations activities and provide reports to Sales Manager
- Support management development and implementation of marketing and sales plans; track progress in achieving plan goals and serves as a resource to staff in reaching goals
- Develop, market and implement with input from staff and management, collaborative and special needs programming for hospital, community, physician and other referral sources
- Provide educational, marketing and other computer aided professional presentations to community health care providers, supports other sales staff when necessary; support and attend requisite Health Fairs and other like events
- Meet defined sales and referral growth targets
- Demonstrate proficient organizational and priority-setting skills needed for job performance
- Collaborate regularly with each division represented to facilitate opportunities for improvement and to meet each division’s specific needs
- Educate community and staff in new program planning and development
- Report daily documented customer contacts, marketing activities and community relations activities in sales tracking software
- Demonstrate comprehension of standards and criteria for all services
- Maintain positive interpersonal relationships with clients, other professionals, co-workers and the public
