What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cardiac Care Specialist Travel Nurse position at Wellspring Nurse Source?
Key Responsibilities:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Tele RN in a state-of-the-art facility, where you will be responsible for monitoring patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment, identifying and responding to abnormal readings or changes in condition. You will also administer medications, perform routine assessments, and provide interventions based on telemetry data to ensure patients' safety and well-being.
You will work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to develop and adjust care plans tailored to the needs of patients with cardiac or medical conditions. This will involve interpreting cardiac rhythms and ECGs, recognizing signs of arrhythmias, ischemia, and other cardiac abnormalities.
