Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and planning care for critically ill patients, including those with cardiac conditions and post-surgical complications.
- Monitoring patients' hemodynamic status, vital signs, and response to treatments, identifying potential life-threatening conditions.
- Providing patient and family education on critical care procedures, condition management, and discharge planning.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Certification: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
