About the Role:
The Respiratory Therapist position at Wellspring Nurse Source is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients with breathing disorders.
You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various breathing disorders, including those requiring mechanical ventilation.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong clinical and technical skills in respiratory care management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
