About the Job
As an ICU Registered Nurse with Wellspring Nurse Source, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and provide critical care to patients who require life-saving interventions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform advanced clinical procedures, including arterial and central line placement, intubation, and blood gas analysis.
- Monitor and respond to life-threatening complications, such as sepsis, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and organ failure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
