Job Description
The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely imaging services for patients. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating CT machines to capture high-quality diagnostic images
- Preparing patients for procedures, maintaining patient care and safety standards
- Collaborating with radiologists and physicians to ensure proper image quality and follow-up imaging as requested
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess:
- An Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- Completion of a formal CT training program (preferred)
- Previous experience as a CT Technologist (preferred), but new graduates with clinical training may also be considered
