As an ICU nurse, you will provide specialized care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous comprehensive care to critically ill patients
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications, blood products, and interventions for managing acute conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide timely interventions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
