About This Opportunity
- Patient Assessment:
- Evaluate patients' medical needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient status, including vital signs and lab results.
- Clinical Communication:
- Foster effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure timely documentation of patient information.
- Clinical Competencies:
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating medical equipment, such as IV pumps and wound vacuums.
- Perform various clinical procedures, including catheterizations and wound care.
The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license in the practicing state, with a minimum of an ADN or BSN degree. BLS certification is also required.
