We are seeking a highly skilled Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS Tele RN) to join our team at Wellspring Nurse Source.
The ideal candidate will have experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As an MS Tele RN, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' cardiac rhythms, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with acute or chronic conditions.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac telemetry readings for abnormalities or arrhythmias.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the physician.
- Use telemetry equipment to continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms.
- Identify and respond to changes in patients' cardiac rhythms or vital signs.
Qualifications:
- An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state.
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Prior experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing is ideal.
