At Wellspring Nurse Source, we are committed to providing high-quality patient care. We are seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS Tele RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring patients' cardiac rhythms and administering medications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs for abnormalities or arrhythmias.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the physician.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Work closely with physicians, case managers, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Prior experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing is ideal, although new graduates with strong clinical skills and telemetry training may be considered.
