- Monitor and manage patients' hemodynamic status and vital signs
- Administer medications, including vasoactive medications and sedatives
- Collaborate with cardiac surgeons and intensivists to develop individualized care plans
- Document patient care and progress accurately
Responsibilities
- Assess and plan care for critically ill patients recovering from cardiac surgical procedures
- Manage patients' hemodynamic status and cardiac rhythms
- Provide post-surgical care, including wound care and chest tube management
- Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations
