Our client is seeking a skilled Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse to join their team in Sun City West, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have experience working in progressive care, telemetry, or stepdown units and be able to provide specialized, advanced care to patients recovering from critical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred for patients with cardiac conditions.

Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse to join their team in Sun City West, Arizona. - Provide direct nursing care to patients in the PCU Stepdown unit.
- Monitor and manage complex medical conditions such as post-surgical recovery, cardiac conditions, and respiratory distress.
- Assess patients' conditions, implement and evaluate individualized care plans, and adjust care as needed to meet patients' evolving needs.
