Key Responsibilities:
- Dispensing prescription medications accurately and safely, adhering to legal and professional standards.
- Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness, consulting with healthcare providers when necessary.
- Providing patients with comprehensive education on medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects, promoting adherence to prescribed treatments.
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop, monitor, and optimize medication therapy.
