A Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Stepdown Registered Nurse provides specialized, advanced care to patients who are recovering from critical conditions but require close monitoring and frequent assessment.
This role involves caring for patients who have been stabilized from intensive care but still require higher levels of monitoring and medical interventions, often managing complex medical conditions such as cardiac, respiratory, or neurological issues.
The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care to patients in the PCU Stepdown unit, including monitoring and managing complex medical conditions.
