Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide critical care and therapeutic respiratory services to patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions through diagnostic tests and physical examinations.
- Administer therapeutic treatments such as oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, chest physiotherapy, and ventilator support.
- Monitor and manage patients on mechanical ventilation, adjusting settings as needed to ensure proper oxygenation and ventilation.
- Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and analysis to evaluate oxygen, carbon dioxide, and pH levels.
- Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions, treatment plans, and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emergency care, including airway management, intubation assistance, and resuscitation during critical situations.
- Maintain and operate advanced respiratory care equipment, ensuring its cleanliness and functionality.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
