Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations. You should also be proficient in using medical equipment, including monitors, defibrillators, and IV pumps. Additionally, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and team members.
In terms of qualifications, we require a current state RN license in good standing, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications preferred.
