About the Role:
As a rehabilitation registered nurse (RRT) at Wellspring Nurse Source, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and quality of life. Your expertise will focus on restoring physical, cognitive, and emotional health through personalized therapy and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized care plans to assess patient needs and optimize outcomes.
- Administer medications, therapies, and treatments, including pain management, wound care, and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress, assess for complications, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, adaptive techniques, and recovery strategies.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility, promoting independence and safety.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in rehabilitation.
