Job Summary:
A Pharmacist is a licensed healthcare professional who plays a critical role in patient care by providing medication management, counseling, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and ensure compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness, consulting with healthcare providers when necessary.
- Educate patients on proper medication use, dosage, and potential side effects, promoting adherence to prescribed treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop, monitor, and optimize medication therapy.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of medication orders, interactions, and patient responses.

Qualifications:
