Position Summary:
The Admissions Advisor is responsible for the recruitment of new students at the Kansas City campus, in collaboration with the Campus Director and other members of the enrollment team. Responsibilities include interfacing with prospective students and supporting the marketing efforts of the company in any manner that is supportive of enrollment goals of the company. This is a fulltime position with a daytime schedule that may include some evening and weekend hours to accommodate prospects and attend community events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students through phone calls, providing information about our programs and answering their questions.
- Demonstrate a high-energy persistence mindset by staying engaged and proactive in lead follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students, understanding their needs and motivations.
- Achieve and exceed enrollment targets through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM systems.
- Actively networks in the community to generate leads and to build the reputation of the school by attending career fairs and other community events.
