The Histology Assistant is an entry level Histology Technician position that performs a wide variety of moderate
complexity histological procedures on surgical pathology, autopsy, muscular, and cytology specimens to assist
pathologists in making a correct diagnosis of a patient's disease or condition.
Position Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization and 2 years or more of experience in clinical or research laboratory. Basic computer skills.
