Responsible for developing and retaining referrals from community providers through regular contact, visits and interaction. Acts as a liaison between community providers and system specialty providers. Performs duties to support the goals of referral growth through provider satisfaction, education, and communication. Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of the enterprise in its efforts to deliver and market programs/services and strengthen relationships with providers.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years or more of experience in health sales, marketing or clinical experience. Excellent customer service skills, Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, Organized, Business acumen, Computer skills, Microsoft products, able to learn tracking software, understanding of the health care industry, Able to interact with a broad spectrum of individuals, Valid driver’s license
Preferred: Experience working closely with physicians, Critical thinking, expert negotiation and problem-solving skills, Intelligent and conversant on clinical services, Selling and consulting skills, Analytical skills to identify and meet customer needs, Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovation .
