Job Summary:
As a member of the Wellstar Brand and Marketing Team, the Service Line Marketing Manager will help create campaigns and experiences that inspire our customers, employees, and the communities we serve. Through engaging narratives, and innovative media formats you will help us continue to build our purpose-driven brand. This individual reports to one of three Director, Service Line Marketing, and partners with other teams across the Marketing Division.
The Marketing Manager Service Line Marketing helps to develop and steward the Wellstar Health System multi-year brand strategy and marketing strategies for assigned service lines and business units. S/He will be responsible for supporting annual integrated marketing planning, including gathering target audience insights, stewarding creative development, and tracking campaign performance and analytics.
The MM-SVLM combines strategic thinking with strong collaboration and project management skills to secure approval for the holistic marketing plan and investments at the end of the annual planning process. Working with a host of cross-functional and agency partners, you will collaborate closely with our media and creative agencies, internal creative team, analytics team, nance/accounting and other marketing partners.
Position is located in Augusta, GA. This position does not oversee any direct reports.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Strategy
Supports the development of Annual/Quarterly Integrated Marketing Strategy in partnership with the Director of Integrated Marketing, Brand Strategy and Service Line Marketing Teams
Maintains a deep understanding of channels and tactics across consumer engagement and integrated marketing landscape media, sponsorship, PR, traffic, creative services, digital marketing, insights and research, analytics.
Stays up to date on marketing trends, emerging platforms and capabilities, constantly mining for opportunities to build our brands, improve brand personality, engagement and growth across all consumer touchpoints
Execution
Leads the development of Integrated Marketing plans and creative tactics that meet Brands marketing objectives and aligns with brand positioning and creative campaign, by working with a variety of internal (Brand activation, Digital Marketing, Community Development) and external partners (Media AOR, Creative AOR) to communicate campaign plans, influence outcomes and drive successful end-to-end campaign execution
Oversee agency deployment of media plans across social, video, display and SEM advertising, providing guidance on targeting, spend targets, messaging strategy, learning plans and best practices
Performance & Reporting
Partners with agencies and Brand Strategy to set the goals and KPIs per campaign initiative and ensures regular reporting and optimization based on results.
Budget & Project Management
Coordinate and drive paid media efforts, including but not limited to budget management, timeline management, agency coordination/scheduling, and monthly reporting cadence
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in media/communications, business, marketing or related field. Required

Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience working at a large consumer brand and/or an advertising agency in integrated marketing, digital/social marketing, media management with core experience in paid media advertising, and campaign development - Required
Agency experience strongly preferred. Healthcare or CPG industry exposure or background a plus. Preferred
Required Minimum Skills:
Knowledge of MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Google Analytics and Datorama a plus.
Exceptional understanding of the digital/social media landscape, you are a digital/social native and well-versed in media and measurement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, naturally collaborative with the ability to work across different levels of seniority and business functions
Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing quality
Comfort and ability to manage ambiguity
