Key Responsibilities:
Sales Commercials and Pricing Management:
- Develop and maintain competitive pricing models that align with company goals and market trends in the property technology sector.
- Work with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and consistent application of pricing across all sales channels and customer segments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement discounting strategies that optimize revenue while remaining competitive in the market.
- Establish clear pricing guidelines and review processes to ensure pricing consistency and compliance with corporate objectives.
Sales Reporting and Analytics:
- Design and maintain robust sales reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales forecasts, and other metrics that provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
- Develop and present regular sales performance reports, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support sales strategies, pipeline management, and customer segmentation.

Qualifications:
