Job Description: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is WellStone's connection to the clients. This role plays a very important part in maintaining our connection between the clients and our providers to ensure that all clients receive the proper treatment they need. The CSR helps clients navigate services, addresses inquiries from clients, vendors, and the general public via phone and in person, and help to ensure a positive experience by providing clear communication and handling sensitive situations with empathy and understanding.
What you'll be doing:
- Perform receptionist duties, acknowledging and assisting clients, visitors, vendors, etc.
- Perform data entry functions into computer.
- Answer telephone in timely manner.
- Verity appointments, reschedule appointment, make appointments.
- Take messages for staff, or route calls to voicemail.
- Answer questions, verity client demographic information in computer.
- Accept co-payments, key into computer, print receipts.
- Balance monetary amounts taken daily and submit to Accounting.
- Conduct reminder calls for next day appointments.
- Scan documents into computer, fax requested information.
- Inform therapist the client is present, reschedule, schedule and confirm appointments.
- Provide excuses to clients who request appointment verification.
- Attend and complete required training.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
