This dynamic role is perfect for someone who loves to stay active and work hands-on. - Complete the Visual Story: Bring designs to life by accessorizing with wall art, tabletop décor, lamps, rugs, and a variety of chic accents.
- Ongoing Display Maintenance: Keep the showroom, clearance centers, and accessory warehouse in top shape, always looking polished and inviting.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Team: Assist, delegate, and oversee product movement to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Unbox and Tag Accessories: Open, tag, and prepare all accessory products to hit the showroom floor.
- Complete Inventory: Ensure accurate data entry and tagging for all showroom products, ensuring everything is tracked and accounted for.
- Monitor Inventory Discrepancies: Proactively research and resolve any product inventory issues on a weekly basis, keeping everything aligned.
- Handle Returns & Damaged Goods: Efficiently manage and maintain returned or damaged accessory products, ensuring they’re appropriately processed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Interior Design or Fashion Merchandising, or 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Adaptable, dependable, resourceful, with excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Computer proficient, with the ability to quickly learn inventory and purchase order management systems
- Willing to travel weekly to various showroom locations within the designated market
