What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Wellsville Carpet Town Inc?
Ashley | The Wellsville Group’s Aurora, Ohio facility is a brand-new building offering distribution services to all our Northeast Ohio locations. We are looking to add a Warehouse Associate to our team! As a Warehouse Associate you will unload furniture, use an RF scan gun to track product storage and help the team prepare for the next day’s deliveries.
What You'll Do
- Manage and handle furniture up to 100lbs. plus
- Help unload and put away furniture from inbound trailers using RF scan gun
- Help prepare next day delivery furniture by taking furniture out of packaging, inspecting for damages and putting handles on
- Stand and walk for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED
- Physical strength to lift furniture up to 100lbs. plus
- Valid Driver’s License
- Warehousing or assembly experience, preferred
