Job responsibilities include:
· Picking, Preparing and Packing equipment (Welltec Tools and accessories) for domestic transport.
· Creating packing list/shipping documents. Describing accurately the items to be sent: serial numbers, part numbers, quantity, weight and dimensions.
· Receiving, which requires the cross check of the items under this shipment against shipping documents.
· Updating necessary databases/systems with goods received/shipped.
· Storing all relevant documents required in archive.
· Participate in the Asset and Stock counts
· Operate Forklift to load/unload drivers.
· Assist Asset and Logistics Coordinator
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs
· Report irregularities as they are uncovered.
· Update stock as it is taken out on picking list.
· Maintain stock shelves and counts through spot checks with counts.
· Clean work area, as needed. Maintaining shipping area for quick access to shipping supplies, when needed.
· Experience or formal education an asset management.
· Creating and maintaining shipping information in Dynamics:
o Consignees
o Delivery address
· Gathering, filing, checking for correctness, and updating all relevant documents needed for Export, Import, offshore and land jobs. The documents may include but are not limited to the following:
o Proforma Invoice
o Packing list
o Declaration of conformity
o MSDS
o Technical description
o Delivery contract
o Certificates
o Import documents.
Safety:
Welltec requires that all employees adhere to corporate as well as locale QHSE rules and regulations. Any violation of such rules can have serious consequences for the individual employee’s conditions of employment. PPE and safety programs must be adhered to.
Travel:
On some occasions either: training or supporting operations in Canada/US/Trinidad is expected. Travelling is normally planned in advance.
Schedule:
Regular: 8:00 to 5:00 pm weekdays with 1 hr lunch break. Some after-hours and weekends are expected yet triggered on a case-to-case basis, this is normally planned in advance.
Education and Experience:
Entry Level Position. Some college and previous logistic experience is a plus.
