Position: Director of Staff Development (DSD)
Location: Santa Cruz, CA 95062
Compensation: $80K to $110K per year (PLUS BENEFITS)
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Position Details:
You will oversee staff education and training, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the training and development of staff in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with staff education and ongoing certification processes
- Maintain confidentiality and promote a positive workplace culture
- Coordinate and implement educational programs for staff growth
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of experience as a DSD
- Current California Nursing License (LVN or RN) or DSD certification.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters
- Love for working with people and contributing to a positive workplace environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
