Location : Modesto, CA
Pay : $110,000 to $120,000 per year (depending on experience)
Job type : Full-time (Monday to Friday) - No weekends

We are a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, committed to helping patients achieve their highest level of physical health and functionality.
Responsibilities :
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
