As our Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on driving growth in revenue by increasing the number of new enterprise clients in our Southern Territory.
We love collaborating here at Wellthy and in this role you will work closely with our Client Success and Service teams.
You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer.
During your first year, you will accomplish:
- You will source new business, close deals and cultivate deep partnerships with Chief Human Resource Officers and C-Level Executives.
To be successful in this role:
- You will be able to deliver the Wellthy pitch, address objections and answer questions.
- You will have a robust rolodex of Executive and HR leaders at top companies.
- You will have a large personal network with whom you're comfortable asking for meetings and introductions.
- You will be able to close $2 Million in new revenue.
- You will work creatively to find effective ways to get into new prospects.
- You will have impeccable, fast follow up and polite persistence that moves deals through the sales cycle.
- You will have the experience working with channel partners, brokers, or consultants.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- 6 years in enterprise sales Southern US region-(AR, LA, MS, FL, AT, and either TN or KY)
- High-growth Start-up experience
- Experience managing a 6-9 month sales cycle
- Experience closing opportunities over $250k
- Track record of exceeding quota (top 10% of company)
- Consultative, value-based selling experience
Qualifications that are preferred but not mandatory:
- Experience selling into human resources and benefits
- Experience working with Fortune 500 Companies
- Experience selling remotely
- Experience with enablement tools such as ZoomInfo, Chorus/Gong, Sales Navigator, and Salesloft/Outreach
- Experience collaborating with referral partners, resellers, brokers or channel teams/alliances
- Passionate about bringing better family care and employee well-being to the workplace and reimagining how the world experiences healthcare
Location:
This is a fully remote position. Our Wellthian's are located throughout the United States but we are currently not accepting candidates in the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Mississippi, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Vermont and West Virginia.
Role Requirements:
To work from home, you must have a strong internet connection, quiet space to take calls and a professional (distraction free) environment. Role will require up to 30% travel. Due to requirements with travel and in-person events, all successful applicants for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment and provide proof of such vaccination prior to commencement of employment
