- Engage with senior management.
- Take ownership of meaningful projects.
- Experience personal and professional growth in a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support performance, content, and creative strategies.
- Assist with multiple projects and campaigns, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.
- Participate in content creation efforts, including writing, editing, and executing marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on senior living trends and consumer behaviors, identifying opportunities for relevant and timely content.
- Manage social media by scheduling posts, moderating comments, and reporting on engagement across WELL partner accounts.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters, tracking their performance and effectiveness.
- Support performance marketing reporting efforts to analyze the connection between marketing activities and occupancy performance.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize digital content, gaining experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, and Google Search Console.

Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Experience with content creation, writing, and editing is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research and interpret data.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, and Google Search Console is a bonus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning and working in a collaborative environment.
