JOB SUMMARY
The Asset Management Analyst provides critical support in the analysis and management of real estate assets. Responsibilities include assisting with financial analysis, property performance monitoring, budgeting and reforecasting, market research, and ad hoc projects. The Analyst plays a key role in preparing and maintaining financial models (such as NPV, DCF, and IRR), competitive landscape assessments, and various financial and operational reports.

TRAVEL
Occasional out of area and overnight travel may be expected.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience : 1-2 years of experience in real estate, finance, or a related field. Experience in financial modeling and real estate financial analysis is preferred.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline is required.
Skills : Proficiency in MS Excel and Argus. Strong knowledge of financial statements and modeling techniques.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
