We are seeking experienced Real Estate Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge and expertise in multifamily and/or hospitality operations, have an analytical mind set, and be interested in learning both asset management and how to apply their skills to the future of residential living at 55 , and Independent Living. The role will include learning the nuances of 55 and Independent Living and applying your high-quality experience from multifamily or hospitality to improve the customer experience for the fastest growing residential market segment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with COO and leaders of asset management to drive outperformance in the portfolio.
- Responsible for touring sites, identifying issues and opportunities, coordinating with operating partners to address identified items in a timely manner.
- Evaluate marketing and sales processes identifying issues and opportunities coordinating with operating partners to address identified items.
- Evaluate the local market, create market study (where appropriate) and influence unit pricing, when appropriate, coordinating with operating partners to address identified items.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES

TRAVEL
- Travel to the various sites (required). “Real estate is about Dirt and People you must kick the dirt and meet the people”, to understand the issues and opportunities and add value.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in residential / hospitality operations
Education: bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, and other analytic degrees preferred
