As a RN Provider Educator, you'll play a vital role in achieving this mission by partnering with our affiliated practices and health systems to improve risk adjustment coding, regulatory compliance, and clinical documentation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practices and health systems to review clinical data, patient documentation, and coding trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Personalize feedback for individual physicians and practices, highlighting opportunities for growth and excellence.
• Maintain a comprehensive schedule, visit log, and storage of materials used in practice and health system discussions.
• Build positive relationships with assigned physicians and serve as a key point of contact for questions and concerns.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of risk adjustment coding, HCC Risk Adjustment Model Categorical Hierarchy, and industry regulations.
• Ability to analyze data, identify error trends, and develop training materials using internal standards and insights.
• Experience with provider education programs, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to travel frequently and collaborate with internal teams, including Provider Account management, risk adjustment, and audit teams.
