Our team seeks a passionate HR professional to work in our community and provide quality health services. This HR role will strategically partner with the clinics leadership team, providing expert guidance on human resources practices to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. This role aligns HR initiatives with the clinic's goals, supporting workforce planning, talent management, and employee development.

Organizational Structure :
- Collaborates with senior management to identify HR needs and implement effective strategies to support operational goals.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Collaborates with office managers to ensure the execution of policies and procedures, onboarding, disciplinary actions,off-boarding, and any specialized projects.
- Executes routine tasks in delicate circumstances, such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and termination
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Fosters a positive workplace culture prioritizing employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion.
