We are looking for fluent Spanish speakers in the U.S. to join us as an Internet Search Quality Evaluator to help improve search engine experiences. By applying your skills and understanding of user intent, you'll contribute to enhancing the AI that powers modern search engines. Your task? Evaluate and rate online search results based on specific guidelines, helping to refine the data that makes search engines smarter and more effective.
What You’ll Do :
Review and assess search results in Spanish, following project-specific criteria
Provide both objective and subjective feedback to improve online search quality
Help improve artificial intelligence and data used by our client
Set your own hours while meeting weekly goals (support is available during business hours Monday-Friday)

Hours : Minimum of 10 hours per week, up to 29 hours per week; flexible schedule
Start Date : ASAP
Type : Part-Time, W2 Employee (bi-weekly payment)
Duration : 12-month project, with potential for extension

Requirements :
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Familiarity with U.S. pop culture
Exclusive dedication to this project—no simultaneous work with other search or ads rating programs
Must have no prior experience with "Ads Quality Rating"
Strong online research skills and ability to navigate the web efficiently
Reliable internet connection and a secure computer setup with antivirus software
Ability to follow detailed instructions in English
Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and complete training and testing before starting
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and pass identity verification
