ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced VP of Technology to lead software development and product management for a key business unit within our organization. This person will play a critical role in advancing our AI data labeling services, overseeing both product and engineering functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing global, cross-functional teams with a proven track record of successful product and technology leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a technology roadmap in alignment with company goals, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and quality in AI data labeling services.
- Team Management : Lead and inspire a team of product managers, engineers, and technical leaders across global locations, including onshore and offshore teams.
- Collaboration : Partner closely with other business unit leaders and cross-functional partners to align technology initiatives with business needs.
- Product Development : Oversee product management for new and existing AI data labeling products, ensuring alignment with market trends, client demands, and technological advancements.
- Operational Excellence : Establish and refine processes that promote agility, innovation, and operational efficiency within development and product teams.
- Technical Expertise : Serve as a technology advisor, staying current with AI and data labeling advancements to guide strategy and innovation.
