Provided Training & Mentorship
- Assigned an onboarding buddy, mentor, and trainer
- OSHA 10: A ten-hour course in general industry safety and health hazard recognition and prevention approved by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the United States Department of Labor;
- Instructions on how to operate specific tools;
- Review of safety and health hazards in the workplace;
- Opportunity for full-time employment post-graduation;
- Continuous education opportunities on-the-job and paid for training and schooling (state-certified apprenticeship programs).
- Paid for Machine Operator Journeyman Program through Lorain County Community College (LCCC)
Hours and Schedule: Minimum 15hrs/week
- Hours are flexible based on the individual's school schedule.
Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled in high school;
- Currently enrolled in a trade school curriculum (CNC Machining, HVAC, etc.)
- Some in manufacturing, mechanical trades, or experience involving mathematical calculations/blueprint reading required.

Physical Requirements
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud; hearing protection is provided and required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, coolant, or airborne particles and will work near moving mechanical parts.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to perform excessive walking, standing, bending, climbing, reaching, grasping, and lifting.
- Ability to visually inspect parts and use of hands to use measuring gauges.
- Ability to run machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
