As the HR Generalist , you’ll play a vital role in supporting a thriving manufacturing team. Key responsibilities include :
Partner with leadership to navigate performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning.
Be the go-to for addressing complex questions from managers and employees regarding development planning, compensation, benefits, and grievances.
Resolve employee concerns while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Tackle a variety of administrative tasks while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve manual processes, contributing to the modernization of systems.
Provide support on benefits inquiries, FMLA / STD TPA questions, and ADA accommodations as needed.
Support the interview and selection process to secure the right talent.
Collaborate with functional and operational leaders to manage staffing needs, including reviewing resumes and creating candidate pools.
Administer training programs and coordinate training sessions.
Conduct reporting and analytics to guide decision-making.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) required.
2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
