What You'll Be Doing :

  • Leading strategic planning and operational oversight for the Industrial Services Group
  • Cultivating and managing client relationships to expand service offerings and drive growth
  • Overseeing project cost estimates, bids, and schedules, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Improving cost monitoring systems and recommending strategic changes to meet market demands
  • Acting as a hands-on leader to inspire and mentor staff

    • About You :

  • 5 years of experience leading in power, chemical, petrochemical, paper, or related industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering preferred
  • Proven track record of success in managing and developing teams
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership and business development experience
