We are looking for a Property Management Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Responsibilities :
- Daily deposits of account receivable.
- Billing of monthly invoices for maintenance company.
- Communication with Maintenance Superintendent, Property Managers, and company officers.
- Reporting of Payroll hours, as well as tracking and reporting paid time off (sick, personal, vacation).
