Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will hold certifications in CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), Lean Six Sigma, and Green Belt, with a strong background in driving process improvements across diverse operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis and Improvement:

Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement streamlined workflows using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Conduct root cause analysis to resolve process-related challenges effectively.

Project Management:

Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure process performance and impact of improvements.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Training and Mentorship:

Provide training and mentorship to team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all process improvements comply with industry regulations and organizational standards.

Monitor process adherence and address deviations promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, and Green Belt certifications are mandatory.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process improvement or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with advanced Lean Six Sigma certifications or methodologies (e.g., Black Belt).
• Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards.
