**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative (Part-time)
**Location:** Wenatchee, WA
**Salary:** $18 to $23 per hour
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within our company.
**Responsibilities:**
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with policy information, claims, and billing questions
- Communicating policy changes and updates
- Providing customers with accurate information and guidance on insurance products and services
- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed
- Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Social Media Marketing Duties as needed
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
